B.T.I. Group of Ventures is a dynamic umbrella organisation committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through innovative services and high-quality products.

The group was formed around management consultancy, a training institute, research and development, and accounting, tax and audit services. It later expanded into domestic trading, import and export, small industries, sports and non-governmental work.

The journey begins
Hari Rayamajhi, a registered auditor and management consultant, sets out to build a diverse group of ventures, beginning with a management consultancy services company. Dilip Raj Baral joins as its first General Manager.
2004
A new role for the first General Manager
Dilip Raj Baral is appointed CEO of Oxford Management Support Academics, while staying closely tied to the group's operations through strategic guidance and mentorship.
2010
C-MAC incorporated
Center for Management, Accounting & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated on 11 February 2010.
2012
NIBM incorporated
National Institute of Business Management Studies Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated on 21 November 2012.
2025
Elite Marketing incorporated
Elite Marketing Pvt. Ltd., the group's domestic and international FMCG trading company, is incorporated on 29 July 2025.

Sports and media
Nepal Roller Skating and Hockey Club Pvt. Ltd. is registered, and Voice and Video Vodcast Pvt. Ltd. is founded.
