One consultancy, a founder and his core team, and the trust that carried them into trading, industry, sports and media.

It was the year 1999. Hari Rayamajhi, a registered auditor and management consultant, had a vision: a diverse group of ventures that would thrive in the Nepalese market and contribute to the country's growth. With his core team beside him, he began by establishing a management consultancy services company.
Dilip Raj Baral, who had previously worked with Oxford Management Support Academics, was appointed to oversee day-to-day operations as the company's first General Manager. Under Hari's guidance and Dilip's execution, the consultancy began to flourish, built on long hours and a team that trusted one another's strengths.
As the years passed, the consultancy widened its services and diversified into trading, import and export, small industries and sports. In 2004 Dilip was appointed CEO of Oxford Management Support Academics; even in that role he stayed closely tied to the group, offering strategic guidance and mentorship.
The foundation laid in those first years became the base for everything that followed. The trust between Hari and his core team set the tone for the group's commitment to excellence and innovation, a commitment it carries into every venture under the BTI name.
