The motto he started his business with, and the slogan of the group he founded.

Hari Rayamajhi is the founder and Group Executive Chairman of B.T.I. Group of Ventures. He focused first on the service sector and later on national and international trading.

Management consultancy, research and development, training and trading, import and export, job recruitment and placement, sports and social responsibility, and tax and auditing are the group's major specialised sectors under his leadership.

A management consultant and registered auditor with an MBA, he started his business with the motto “Enlightening People” and carried it into the umbrella organisation as its slogan. He is regarded as a pioneer who shifted the paradigm of education in the Nepalese educational horizon.

Dilip Raj Baral was the first General Manager of the management consultancy with which the group began, having previously worked with Oxford Management Support Academics. In 2004 he was appointed CEO of Oxford Management Support Academics and remained closely tied to the group's operations, offering strategic guidance and mentorship.

He is a co-founder of Nepal Roller Skating and Hockey Club and of Voice and Video Vodcast, and is identified by the club as Chief Coach of the Nepal Skating and Skateboarding Association (NSSA).
